Gary Kellogg provides quality assurance and quality control expertise in the oversight of all DHA projects. He is charged with reviewing our clients’ quality management plans and supporting documentation to ensure that projects are within scope and in conformance with applicable codes and guidelines.
He has designed, administered construction, and managed more than three billion dollars of built construction throughout the United States with responsibility for the structural design and construction of various sized projects from housing to major urban developments. Gary has provided consulting services to international architectural and engineering firms and brings his depth of knowledge and creative thinking to foster collaboration on difficult design and construction issues. He has been involved in consulting on hundreds of structural and geotechnical engineering investigations and recommendations for environmental and water/wastewater projects.
Gary Kellogg holds a Master of Science degree in Soil Engineering, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. He is a registered professional engineer in 8 states and the District of Columbia, and a registered structural engineer in the Illinois. He is an active member of the American Society of Civil Engineer (ASCE), holding several national offices. He has published numerous letters, short articles and commentary in technical journals and engineering magazines on structural and geotechnical engineering topics, engineering professional issues, and engineering education.
