Deputy Program Manager

Delon Hampton & Associates, Chartered, a minority-owned, professional consulting engineering services firm headquartered in Washington, DC, currently has an excellent opportunity for a talented and energetic, Deputy Program Manager. Candidate must be a seasoned registered (PE or AIA) professional for deputy program manager position for a long term project to run or assist in running a large complex national federal facilities management program that includes full life cycle program management of a nationwide $80M CIP program. The scope also includes procurement, policy review and support as well as business advisory services for this federal client. Asset portfolio includes leased, owned, rural, urban, resident and non-resident educational campuses nationwide.  

Requirements: BS degree in architect or engineering construction field. 10 or more years' experience. Experience on large complex program. Excellent (oral, written and presentation) communication skills. Highly computer and software literate. Federal experience. Additional Qualifications (not required): Additional AEC industry certifications. MS degree in architecture, engineering construction or business fields. Division Lead, Asset Management

Delon Hampton & Associates, Chartered, a minority-owned, professional consulting engineering services firm headquartered in Washington, DC, currently has an excellent opportunity for a talented and energetic, Division Lead, Asset Manager. Candidate must be a seasoned registered (PE or AIA) professional for Asset Management division lead manager for a long term position to run or assist in running a large complex national federal facilities management program that includes: full life cycle program management of a nationwide $80M CIP program. Asset portfolio includes leased, owned, rural, urban, resident and non-resident educational campuses nationwide.  

Requirements: BS degree in architect or engineering construction field. Registered PE in the AEC industry (licensed PE, AIA). 10 or more years' experience in AEC industry. Technical team management experience and Experience on large complex programs. Asset management and Design review/planning experience. Excellent (oral, written and presentation) communication skills. Candidate must be highly computer and software literate. Federal experience and education of facility experience. Additional Qualifications (not required): Additional AEC industry certifications. MS degree in architecture, engineering construction or business field. Senior experience large complex program either as a division lead or more senior. Division Lead, Facility Sustainability Manager

Delon Hampton & Associates, Chartered, a minority-owned, professional consulting engineering services firm headquartered in Washington, DC, currently has an excellent opportunity for a talented and energetic, Division Lead, Facility Sustainability Manager. Candidate must be a seasoned professional for Facility Sustainability Manager for long term position to assist in management of a large complex national federal facilities management program that includes full life cycle program management of a nationwide $80M CIP program. Asset portfolio includes leased, owned, rural, urban, resident and non-resident educational campuses nationwide.  

Requirements: BS degree in architect or engineering construction field in the AEC industry. 10 or more years' experience in AEC industry. Facility Energy Management experience. Sustainability. Experience leading a team of technical experience in facilities management. Excellent (oral, written and presentation) communication skills. Highly computer and software literate. Federal experience and education regarding facility experience. Additional Qualifications (not required): Registered PE in the AEC industry (licensed PE, AIA), especially CEM, LEED, Commissioning Agent. MS degree in architecture, engineering construction or business fields. Senior experience on large complex program either as a division lead or more senior. IT Systems Manager

Delon Hampton & Associates, Chartered, a minority-owned, professional consulting engineering services firm headquartered in Washington, DC, currently has an excellent opportunity for a talented and energetic, IT Systems Manager. Candidate will assist with support of a large, complex national federal facilities management program that includes full life cycle program management of a nationwide $80M CIP program. Incumbent will support a legacy, custom asset management application. The application consists of an oracle back-end, web-based front-end, multiple user driven functional components, and various integrations including GIS based mapping. The scope of this position includes review and management of current solutions for life cycle facilities asset management, identification and implementation of user requirements, reporting, and project management for this large, nationwide federal client. Additionally, the IT Systems Manager will oversee 2-3 person team responsible for maintaining DOL's network infrastructure for the CIP program.

Requirements: BS degree in a computer related field. 10+ years' experience supporting enterprise level applications, with at least 5 years supporting Oracle based systems. 5+ years' managing a development team. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with business users translating requirements into technology solutions. Experience on large complex program. Excellent oral, written and presentation communication skills. Demonstrated experience in leading IT change projects for client success. Project management experience. Expertise in delivering relevant reporting and analysis to end users. Ability to identify cost-effective technology solutions to challenges faced by field users; such as mobile or integration solutions.
