  • St. Elizabeths East Campus Redevelopment, Stage I, Phase I | Washington, DC
    DHA is responsible for the design of all wet and dry utilities which include miles of storm and sanitary sewer, miles of waterline, electrical duct banks and communication lines, as well as erosion and sediment control.
