Delon Hampton & Associates, Chartered a minority-owned, professional consulting engineering services firm headquartered in Washington, DC, currently has an excellent opportunity for a talented and energetic, Marketing Project Manager.

DHA is seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Project Manager to oversee marketing projects that align with the airport's strategic goals. The ideal candidate will manage a variety of campaigns, initiatives and partnerships, ensuring timely execution and consistent branding. They will work collaboratively across divisions, vendors, and stakeholders to enhance the client's brand reputation, passenger experience, and community engagement.

SALARY RANGE
$90,000 to $100,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing projects from ideation to completion, ensuring alignment with PHL's strategic initiatives, objectives and timelines;
  • Work with the in-house creative team on the production of marketing materials, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with the clients brand standards; and
  • Manage the marketing budget and resource allocation for specific projects, monitoring progress and adjusting timelines as necessary.

Campaign Execution:

  • Work with internal teams and external partners to successfully launch marketing campaigns that promote the client's brand, events, and services;
  • Coordinate creative content development with graphic designers, videographers, and other contributors;
  • Monitor the performance of campaigns, analyzing data and make data driven recommendations to optimize future marketing efforts;
  • Manage the marketing aspects of client's participation in large-scale events like conferences, tradeshows and more;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local organizations, sports teams, and businesses to enhance the client's visibility;
  • Work collaboratively to develop social media strategies and online campaigns to engage with travelers and the broader community;
  • Ensure all marketing materials are on brand and adhere to the established icon suite and design standards; and
  • Continuously refine messaging and creative approaches to enhance public perception.

Cross- Departmental Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with other airport departments (e.g., Communications, Operations, Guest Experience, Air Service Development, etc.) to ensure marketing efforts support enterprise-wide initiatives, including community relations and strategic partnerships; and
  • Partner with external stakeholders, including vendors, advertising agencies, and media partners.

Data and Reporting:

  • Track and repot on campaign and project outcomes, including metrics from social media, marketing campaigns, and partner engagement efforts; and
  • Present performance reports to senior leadership and provide data-driven recommendations for future marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field;
  • Five (5+) years of experience in project management, preferably within a marketing/advertising agency environment;
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and brand management;
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills;
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities;
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and external partnerships; and
  • Proficiency in project management concepts and software (e.g., Asana, Monday.com) and data reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in aviation, transportation, or related industries;
  • Knowledge of Philadelphia's business and community landscape; and
  • Familiarity with large-scale events and public-private partnerships.
