Delon Hampton & Associates is an industry leader in providing professional engineering services on transit projects across the United States. Our very first project awarded in 1973 was for the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA). Since that time, transit projects have always been a major part of our business via our civil and structural engineering, program management, and construction management services. Our firm has worked extensively over the years for WMATA, including prime roles on substantial capital improvement programs. We have also worked for numerous other transit agencies including the Maryland Transit Administration, Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority, Memphis Area Transit Authority, and Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority. In addition, Delon Hampton & Associates has proudly served the Federal Transit Administration (FTA), as a prime, providing project management oversight (PMO) services for 20+ years. Therefore, we are fully versed in FTA reporting and compliance requirements on federally-funded projects.
