1973

Dr. Delon Hampton starts his company. Delon Hampton and Associates, Chartered (DHA) is incorporated in the District of Columbia (January).

1977

DHA becomes one of the first firms to be certified under the Sheltered Market Program by the DC Minority Business Opportunity Commission (MBOC), which was the predecessor to the current Certified Business Enterprise (CBE) Program through the DC Department of Small and Local Business Development (DSLBD).

1980

Expanded services to include program and construction management services.

1988

Awarded Phase 1 of Baltimore's Central Corridor Light Rail Transit System (as subcontractor).

1996

Awarded Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport Program Management JV contract. DHA continued serving on consecutive contracts at the Airport until 2006.

1998

Awarded Gallery Place contract, a 1.3 million sq. ft. mixed-use development in Washington, DC's Chinatown neighborhood.

2000

Awarded 1st JV contract to General Architecture and Engineering Services for WMATA. DHA continued serving on consecutive contracts for WMATA until 2010.

2003

Awarded the West Combined Sewer Overflow Tunnel JV contract in Atlanta.

2013

Delon Hampton & Associates awarded Atlanta Streetcar contract (as part of FTA PMO contract).

2018

Supported Memphis Area Transit Authority’s restart of Main Street Trolley Line service (as part of FTA PMO contract).
