DHA is seeking an experienced Project Scheduling Manager to oversee capital transit projects. This role involves managing schedules, providing expertise in Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling, and ensuring timely completion of infrastructure projects within the transit or transportation sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Review project sponsor schedules and supporting documentation for accuracy and alignment with project goals.
  • Serve as a technical resource and expert in transit project scheduling.
  • Develop, maintain, and update CPM schedules for capital transit projects.
  • Monitor project progress and report on schedule status to stakeholders.
  • Utilize scheduling software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera) to track timelines and generate reports.
  • Identify and mitigate scheduling risks and delays.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior scheduling staff.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of scheduling experience in CPM schedule development and maintenance.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a scheduling manager in passenger rail or related transportation modes.
  • Earned Value Professional (EVP), Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP), or PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) certification required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar scheduling software.
  • Experience in transit infrastructure projects (rail, bus, or multimodal transportation systems).

Working Conditions:

  • Work is performed in a general office environment, 100% of the time.
