SALARY RANGE
$104,000 to $166,400

‍Responsibilities

• Conduct studies, plan capital improvement projects, provide permitting planning and support;
• Prepare RFQ/RFPs for Construction Managers at Risk (CMAR) and Progressive Design-Build (PDB) contracts;
• Manage designs submitted by others;
• Coordinate projects with various stakeholders; and
• Manage multiple project schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess a degree in civil engineering or a related field;
• Must have 12 - 20 years of relevant engineering design and management experience;
• A Professional Engineering (PE) license is required;
• Familiarity with operations and permitting requirements is required;
• Familiarity with DC Water design standards is preferred;
• CMAR and PDB project delivery methods experience is preferred;
• Familiarity with project management software as well as Microsoft office programs are required;
• Experience with wastewater treatment and pumping stations is required; and
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
