Bradley brings over 40 years of diverse experience in the construction industry, serving as an Owner’s Representative and Construction Manager for public, private, municipal, and federal government projects. His expertise spans the water/wastewater, industrial, commercial, and aviation sectors.

At DHA, Bradley will lead the continued growth and development of our Program and Construction Management Services. He will collaborate closely with DHA’s engineering, transit, and water/wastewater teams to mentor and train staff, implement industry best practices, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction.

Bradley will be based out of DHA’s Baltimore office, as well as the Corporate office in Washington, DC.
