Mamo has more than 25 years of experience in the design and management of civil engineering projects including site development and infrastructure projects. He is a Maryland Department of the Environment (MDE) approved expedited reviewer, having reviewed numerous storm water management and erosion and sediment control plans on behalf of MDE.
Mamo’s technical expertise includes roadway design, infrastructure and utilities design, site planning, preliminary and final design of numerous site and civil projects. Specific services within his portfolio include location analyses, grading, field studies associated with traffic and pedestrian movements, intersection improvements, hydraulic and hydrologic analysis to support designs of storm water management facilities, storm drain design, flood plain delineation and analysis in the determination of impacts of development to streams and natural water bodies, permitting through local agencies, cost estimating, and construction and materials specifications.
