Baltimore Washington International Airport

Delon Hampton & Associates (DHA) performed on-call construction management and inspection services for numerous airside and landside projects at the airport, as well as civil inspection for the new International Terminal. A staff of civil and electrical construction technicians inspected the construction of the multi-level parking garage; placement of P-401 asphalt for runway and taxiway improvements; installation of the centerline and touchdown zone lighting; construction of Runway 10-28 Extension Concourse C Hardstand; and Elm Street Dualization. Civil inspection was provided for hardstand construction associated with the new International Terminal.
