Henry Adams House is a 211-unit multi-family buliding with two below-grade levels of parking for approximately 150 cars. Located in Northwest Washington, DC, the project was developed by a public and private partnership and utilized fast-track design methodology.
Delon Hampton & Associates, Chartered (DHA) coordinated with District of Columbia agencies to determine design requirements that woluld affect utility sizing, grading, streetscape, setbacks, stormwater management, water, and sewer. We obtained and reviewed existing on-site utility records and coordinated with the owner and design team to identify any improvements that needed to comply with regulatory requirements. We also provided construction administration services including shop drawing reviews, responses to RFIs and field questions, and site visits during construction.
