FTA PMO

For more than 20 years, Delon Hampton & Associates (DHA) has provided Project Management Oversight (PMO) services as a prime PMO contractor to the Federal Transit Administration (FTA). Past projects included City of Atlanta's new Streetcar line, Ft. Lauderdale's Wave Streetcar, City of Atlanta's MARTA, and Hudson-Bergen Light Rail Transit System for New Jersey Transit. We were responsible for monitoring the design and construction of rail and transit stations and inter-modal facilities; vehicle maintenance facilities; bridges; track work and alignments; signal and catenary systems; and rolling stock procurement.

Currently, we are providing PMO services for rehabilitation of damaged assets and implementation of resiliency projects to minimize the impact of future storms. Damaged assets included tunnels, stations, storage and maintenance yards, rolling stock, track work, and embankments, pump houses and signal and communication systems. FTA assigned our firm a task order to conduct damage assessment and cost validation work for both operating and capital costs of grantees in New York caused by Superstorm Sandy and related events.
